Compliance & Safety

All inspections are performed in strict accordance with NFPA 25 standards. We provide the necessary certification and detailed compliance reports required by insurance providers and local fire marshals.

Key Annual Inspection Requirements (NFPA 25):

  • Sprinkler Heads: Visually inspect from floor level for leakage, corrosion, paint, or physical damage, and ensure proper orientation.

  • Control Valves: Inspect to confirm they are in the correct position (open/closed), sealed, locked, or supervised, and in good condition.

  • Water Flow Alarm Devices: Functionally test to ensure they operate properly.

  • Fire Department Connection (FDC): Verify it is visible, accessible, the couplings are free to rotate, and plugs/caps are in place.

  • Pipes & Fittings: Check for leaks, damage, and ensure they are properly braced.

  • Fire Pump: A full annual flow test must be conducted if the system includes a fire pump.

  • Dry/Deluge Systems: Perform a full trip test on dry-pipe or deluge valves to confirm proper activation.

  • Internal Components: Inspect gauges annually for accuracy.
